ZenAI provides a cloud-based AI Operating System that integrates multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) and specialized "Skills" (including but not limited to Coding, Video Analysis, Research, and Image Generation).
- Workspace
- We provide a managed environment where AI agents collaborate to perform tasks.
- Skills
- Use of specific automated functions (e.g., YouTube extraction, 4K rendering) is subject to the resource limits of your selected plan.
- Third-Party Models
- ZenAI integrates third-party AI models (e.g., from OpenAI, Anthropic). Your use is subject to both these Terms and the acceptable use policies of those providers.
Account Registration & Security
To access ZenAI's skills, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend any account that provides false information or violates security protocols.
Subscription, Billing, and Credits
4.1 Credits: Fees are billed in advance. High-intensity Skills may consume AI Credits, which are subject to your specific plan's expiration rules.
4.2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with ZenAI, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase date.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ZenAI for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Generating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer ZenAI's platform or "Skills" architecture.
- Using automated scripts to scrape or "stress test" the Service without prior written consent.
- Using the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., unauthorized YouTube content extraction for commercial copyright infringement).
Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content: The ZenAI interface, brand, proprietary "Skills" logic, and platform code are the exclusive property of ZenAI.
6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by the AI through your account. By using ZenAI, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.
Limitation of Liability
ZenAI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenAI shall not be liable for:
- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
- Service interruptions due to third-party API failures (e.g., OpenAI or Cloud providers).
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the workspace.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months prior to the claim.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Data Protection
Your privacy is important. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and workspace content.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ZenAI after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
