Refund Policy

At Zen AI, we value our customers and strive to provide the best AI Agent experience. Since Zen AI offers free trial credits for users to explore our features before committing to a purchase, we highly recommend testing our Skills to ensure they meet your specific requirements.

Once an order is placed, our system automatically activates the membership and allocates the corresponding Credits to your account. You may apply for a refund under the following terms, though we suggest contacting our Support Team to resolve any technical issues before requesting a refund.

Refund Guarantee Period

Zen AI provides a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (7 days for Monthly Subscription plans). Refunds will only be approved for the following valid reasons within the promised period:

  • Technical Failure: Major software defects that prevent the AI Agents from functioning, which cannot be resolved by our technical support.
  • Double Charging: Issues resulting in duplicate charges due to third-party payment platform errors.
  • Description Mismatch: Core product features significantly differ from the descriptions on our official website, sales materials, or advertisements.
  • Activation Issues: Failure to activate membership privileges after seeking assistance from support.

Credit Consumption & Deduction Rules

How we calculate your refund:

We calculate the unit price per credit based on your specific plan. The refund amount will be:

Refund = (Remaining Unused Credits from the order) × (Unit Price of Credit in that plan)

Note: For subscriptions, the "time-based" value and "credit-based" value will be cross-referenced, and the refund will be issued based on the remaining balance of the non-consumed portion.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • No Valid Reason: Requests based solely on a "change of mind" or "no longer needing the service" without evidence of product failure.
  • Unstated Requirements: The product fails to meet expectations that were never officially stated in our documentation or specifications.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions bought through resellers, gift cards, or non-official channels (please contact the original vendor).
  • Lack of Cooperation: Requesting a refund for technical issues without first contacting support or providing specific error descriptions.
  • Abuse of Service: Evidence of malicious behavior, such as consuming a large volume of Credits in a short period before requesting a refund.

To request a refund, please Submit a Ticket. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding membership and remaining Credits will be permanently disabled.

Refund FAQ

How long does the refund process take?

Zen AI processes refunds within 3-7 working days. The actual arrival of funds depends on your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) but generally does not exceed 20 days.

Why do different Skills consume different amounts of Credits?

Different AI Agent Skills utilize various underlying models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude 3, etc.) with different operational costs. We clearly display the estimated Credit consumption on each Skill's interface. Please review these before execution.
