Which email providers can I connect?

This workflow describes Gmail. Check the connector options in your installed ZenAion version for other available providers.

Can I customize labels and archiving?

Yes. Define labels and descriptions, and choose their auto-archive settings. In Gmail, archiving removes a message from the inbox without deleting it.

Does Auto Inbox read my emails?

Yes. Classification and reply drafting require access to email content. Email connections use services including Composio, and AI processing depends on the configured model provider. Using the desktop app does not mean all processing stays on your device.

How do reply drafts work?

Auto Inbox can prepare a suggested reply for a message that needs a response. Review the recipient and content, and edit the draft before sending.

Does it run when my computer is off?
